牛奶烫种 100g
高筋粉 320g
砂糖 30g
盐 1/2tsp
酵母 3/4tsp
鸡蛋1粒
牛奶 60ml
奶油 30g
蔓越苺 50g

Nutella Cup Cake

Nutella 260g 
Eggs 2 nos 
Butter 20g 
Self Raising Four 90g 
Baked Hazelnut (Optional) 
Mix Egg, Butter & Nutella then fold in the flour ( do not over mix) 
Bake in pre heat oven 175 degree for 25 mins or till cook!

牛奶 80 毫升全蛋液 35克 + 另加少許塗麵團用湯種80克鹽 3克糖 35克奶粉 5克高筋粉 230克快速酵母(Instant Yeast) 4克牛油(奶油,置室溫放軟)20g
