灯笼椒番茄烘蛋
鸡蛋 4个
牛奶200g
小红和黄灯笼辣椒 各一棵
洋葱 1个
蒜蓉 3个
盐和胡椒粉适量
做法:
鸡蛋和牛奶拌勻待用, 把灯笼椒洋葱和番茄切丁, 蒜头剁碎, 热油锅把蒜蓉和洋葱爆香然后加入灯笼椒和番茄拌炒入续加入调味料,最后加入鸡蛋和牛奶煮至七分熟, 烤箱预热170度, 把蛋放入烤箱烤20分钟即可! 表面可以撒上Parmesan cheese!

Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
Adapted from Amanda’s Cookin’
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil or butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and stir just until well blended.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until domed and springy to the touch.
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
