营养高纤之首选 萝卜蛋糕
营养高纤的萝卜蛋糕
180g 萝卜丝
100g 葡萄干 (这次我用杂果干)
100g 核桃碎
170g 植物油
130g 红糖
1tsp vanilla essence
20 ml 原味维他精
3 颗蛋
200g 低粉
1 tsp 发粉
1/2 tsp 苏打粉
1 tsp 肉桂粉
把湿的和干的材料拌匀后把面糊放入烤杯。放入预热175'C的烤箱, 大概35到40分钟。
