意大利杏仁脆饼 Almond Biscotti
普通面粉 200g
砂糖 100g
雞蛋 2 nos
整杏仁 100g (170度烤8分钟)
做法:
将鸡蛋和砂糖打到发成白色,然後加入篩過的麵粉,拌均勻成团,加入的杏仁分成两个方形,進入烘烤烤炉30mins, 烤好待凉用鋸齒刀切成自己喜愛的大小,再用170度烤25mins 就ok了!
